I have filed issue 34 on the GitHub repository addressing a gap in the current protocol coverage. The white paper identifies auditability as a core non-functional requirement. No protocol currently described in the paper produces an evidentiary artifact at the moment of inference that satisfies litigation discovery or regulatory compliance requirements under the EU AI Act, the Canada Evidence Act, or ISO/IEC 42001. The issue proposes adding an Evidentiary Provenance section to the white paper and submits the Atomic Genesis Decision Record as a reference implementation for the group's consideration.
