-1 on the proposed resolution for Issues #447 & #464 Proposed Alternative Response: (Until such time as this proposed new requirement - Clear Words - has been examined and discussed by the Working Group for usefulness and viability, I personally see little value in ganging up 2 separate issues under one new issue. I would prefer that after sitting on these issues for more than 14 months, that any response we now send out be substantive in nature.)
