[Call for Review] Cleaning up an example after recent changes

Hello ACT rules,

This is a Call for Review for cleaning up an example we forgot to remove earlier:
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/2367


We changed the rule to remove the visibility requirement of transcripts, but forgot to remove the Failed Example with an invisible transcript.

Call for review ends on November 4th.
