[Call for Review] Update SVG examples in "Image not in the accessibility tree is decorative" rule

Happy Friday,

this is a call for review to update the rule “Image not in the accessibility tree is decorative”. The update includes an Accessibility Support note to address inconsistencies in how browsers expose SVG elements. Additionally, it revises Passed Example 6 and Inapplicable Example 4 to update scenarios that currently violate the rule.
