[Call for Review] Update permitted ARIA state or property for combobox role #2322

Hey everyone,

This pull request updates change the required ARIA state or property for “combobox" role from "aria-controls" to "aria-expanded" in the Pass example 6, 7 & 8. A note also was added to specify this change is per ARIA 1.3 requirement.
