Call for review: Updated "Text has minimum contrast" and "Text has enhanced contrast"

Hello ACT rules,

This is a Call for Review to update "Text has minimum contrast" and "Text has enhanced contrast" rules. Substituted the abstract example "----=====++++++++___________***********%%%%%%%%%%%±±±±@@@@@@@@“ with a more practical one, such as using "X" as a close button, adding context to the passed example.
