Call for review: Autocomplete attribute has valid value [73f2c2] - Added acc support note + removed Passed Example 8

Hello ACT rules,

This is a Call for Review to update “Autocomplete attribute has valid value” rule to include an Accessibility Support note to clarify that the rule is not designed to detect any discrepancies between type and autocomplete attributes.
