Hi everyone,

This is a call for review of https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/2101.

This PR adds failed examples based on our discussions and resulting algorithm<https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1458#issuecomment-1555077770>. The Expectation was also updated to use the "match characters" glossary term.

Call for review ends December 14th.
