I saw that you requested my review on PR 2038<https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/2038>  - and I think that I can do it - unfortunately it will have to wait a couple of weeks, because I'm tight on time right now and I'll be at a conference this week.    I wish I could help sooner.  I'll revisit this later in May.
