Hi again everyone, The examples shown in Element with lang attribute has valid language tag<https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/de46e4/2022-01-28/#:~:text=This%20rule%20checks%20that%20a%20non-empty%20lang%20attribute,for%20which%20all%20of%20the%20following%20is%20true%3A> have <html> without a lang attribute. To remove unintended failures, a valid language was added to the <html> tag in each example in this PR: https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/2100 (The previous PR below was closed without merging.)
