Hey folks, This is kind of an unusual one. This pull request lists some of the success criteria in rules as "secondary: true". What this will do is make it so that implementations are not required to report these success criteria as failed. They still can, but it's not required anymore, effectively making what it means to have a consistent implementation a little less strict.
