Call for review: Have contrast rules test widgets

Hey folks,
This pull request makes it so that widgets are now tested in both color
contrast rules:
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1961

It also makes a number of other small changes. If you have any comments or
concerns, please leave a review on the pull request by November 21st.
