The following two pull requests update the Element with aria-hidden has no
focusable content ACT Rule:

- https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1819/files
The first pull request updates the rule to focus on elements in sequential
focus navigation, rather than on focusable elements. The second one updates
the dialog example, in an attempt to make it a little easier to understand.
