Hello,

This PR modifies the rule line height not important rule (https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1683). Listed below are the main changes:

  *   Applicability to focus on line breaks rather than specifically on the line height attribute
  *   Adds an assumption about using other style attributes to effect the distance between lines of text
  *   Adds additional background information
  *   Modified the examples to work regardless of the viewport size
