Hey ACT-Rules community,

We have a new rule ready: HTML graphics contain no text <https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1522> [1]

This rule checks that images of text are not used.

Final call will end on February 10, 2021. Until then, if you have any concerns, please put in your "changes requested" on the pull request.
