Final Call for removing the ambiguous definition of "Section of Content"

Hello ACT rules,

After more discussions that I care to remember, this it at long least a Final Call for fixing the problem of “section of content” being ambiguous… ! 🎉

Well, it doesn’t really solve the problem, in the sense that it doesn’t provide a good definition of “section of content”, but rather circumvent it by removing its use from the only rule that was using it (“Heading is descriptive”). The rule now looks at the first palpable content after the heading. A weaker version of the rule, alas, but one that actually works…

Anyway, the Pull Request is at https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1425 and
the Final Call ends on September 23rd.
