Final Call for improving the definition of "disabled element"

Hello ACT rules,

This is final call for a small improvement of the definition of “disabled element”:
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1503

The new version uses CSS selector and results in a more generic definition (not focused on HTML alone). Also, option elements were never disabled with the old version…

Final Call ends on November 24.
