Hi The personas are good. One thing that might be useful is a FAQ - possibly broken down by audience type. Here's an example that's useful for developers / product owners: Q Why do the test case URLs sometimes change? A The URL contains a hash that changes when the test case code changes That would have saved us a couple of days spent trying to figure out the cause of intermittent 404s when running the tests.
