Hi ACT-Rules community,

The following rule has been approved for publication: Inline link is
distinguishable [1]

This rule checks that inline links have a way to distinguish them from the
surrounding text.

This is a composite rule with 6 atomic rules, so make sure to book some
time to review it.

The final call will end on July 10, 2020. Until then, if you have any
concerns, please put in your "changes requested" on the pull request.

Cheers,
Carlos
