Hi ACT-Rules community, The following rule has been approved for publication: Text content that changes automatically can be paused, stopped or hidden [1] This rule checks that for any text content that automatically changes in a 10 minute time span, there are instruments to pause, stop, or hide it or to control its changing frequency. The arbitrary 10 minute time span, selected so that testing this rule would not be impractical, is not included in WCAG. The final call will end on July 6, 2020. Until then, if you have any concerns, please put in your "changes requested" on the pull request. Cheers, Carlos [1] https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/960 -- Carlos Duarte LASIGE, Departamento de Informática, Faculdade de Ciências, Universidade de Lisboa www.di.fc.ul.pt/~cad @carlosapaduarte
