Final call for new rule "Device motion based changes to the content can also be created from the user interface"

Hi ACT-Rules community,

There is a new rule approved for publication: Device motion based changes
to the content can also be created from the user interface [1]

This rule checks that changes to the content of a web page that result from
device motion events can also be caused by user interface components.

The final call will end on July 15, 2020. Until then, if you have any
concerns, please put in your "changes requested" on the pull request.

This is the "sister" rule for the Device motion rule that went into final
call yesterday, so you might want to review both at the same time.
