Final call: Text nodes have minimal contrast

Hey everyone,

I'm very excited that after 6 months of work, we're finally able to put the
minimal contrast rule into final call. To write this rule, we've had to
create no less than 6 new definitions, but I think it's in a good state
now, and ready for a final review:
