Note on change in frontmatter format in rules

Hi All,

I wanted to let you all know that as of this change -
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/997, which has been
merged. It is now expected that the authors list is nested within
acknowledgements (like below).

There is a test for this & hence your current/ existing PR's may fail tests
if the structure of the frontmatter is not correct. Please update your PR's
accordingly.
