Hello ACT rules,

This is the Final Call for the update to rule b20e66 “Links with identical names serve equivalent purpose”. The update is considering links within nested iframe and shadow tree. It also includes a definition for “web page (HTML)” that was discussed in the last ACT-R call.
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/768

Final Call ends on November 19, 2019.
