TPAC Inclusion Fund and White House Request for Information

Hello Accessibility for Children group members,
We wanted to let you know about an opportunity to provide feedback to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy that was sent to us. As the deadline is approaching in a few days (7/15/24), we would like to encourage you to send comments for feedback individually. I have sent a comment stating that I am a co-chair for the Accessibility for Children community group through W3C, as well as our wiki page and contact information for future reference. Please see the message below for details.
Additionally, we wanted to let you know that the Inclusion Fund to attend TPAC 2024 is open for applications. Please understand that this fund supports participants who may need assistance with expenses related to participating in TPAC to include travel, accommodations, meals, family care, technology support, and more. More information is included below.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Best,
Shira and Maud

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) Request for Information (RFI)
What inequities do disabled people face? Share your thoughts! We encourage everyone in the disability community to respond to the Request for Information (RFI), from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), which seeks input to help steer the development of the Federal Evidence Agenda on Disability Equity. OSTP is asking the public for feedback to understand the full scope of inequities faced by disabled people and the gaps in our current knowledge. Ultimately, the agenda will support the government in making data-informed policy decisions to advance equity in all areas—including health, employment, education and others—for people with disabilities. You may submit comments until July 15, 2024.
Learn more and submit your comments through the Federal Register: Notice of Availability and Request for Information - Federal Evidence Agenda on Disability Equity<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2flnks.gd%2fl%2feyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJidWxsZXRpbl9saW5rX2lkIjoxMDEsInVyaSI6ImJwMjpjbGljayIsInVybCI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LmZlZGVyYWxyZWdpc3Rlci5nb3YvZG9jdW1lbnRzLzIwMjQvMDUvMzAvMjAyNC0xMTgzOC9ub3RpY2Utb2YtYXZhaWxhYmlsaXR5LWFuZC1yZXF1ZXN0LWZvci1pbmZvcm1hdGlvbi1mZWRlcmFsLWV2aWRlbmNlLWFnZW5kYS1vbi1kaXNhYmlsaXR5LWVxdWl0eSIsImJ1bGxldGluX2lkIjoiMjAyNDA3MDkuOTczNDE1MDEifQ.2nndAQPzxwJk_Pg790g5J-5cmfcJfBOJ_F52v8KR8R4%2fs%2f2132433021%2fbr%2f245417209338-l&c=E,1,xGM0iRC2lbykthRAV_pMVHeN-tR2VCGcLE9LAz_fc0xViKCVZHHiqoLUlRq3JIRSW1JomRwgO_h9Z8ZlK3Cshf3DnvQN5kNMNGescONfWFr-p674Ew,,&typo=1>.
