Re: Capabilities: Spell Check and HTML Validations Finished

Just in the past few minutes I found a missing idref. I ran into some
nesting problems cleaning it up--but it all looks correct to me now.


Full disclosure ....

I made perhaps a couple dozen minor edits earlier today, mostly supplying missing
acronym expansions.

In two places I edited our language slightly because I thought the
meaning could be clearer:

*	In Automatability of Sec 2.2.1

*	In Benefits of Sec 6.2.2
