TPAC 2022, the W3C Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee meeting, was held in Vancouver, Canada, from September 12-16, 2022.

At this meeting on Sept 14th, this community group was born.

It may be quite fitting to publish 3 years to the day from that auspicious beginning.
