We focus on “post-source” technologies—such as edge computing, content delivery networks (CDNs), browser extensions, and JavaScript-based adaptations—that dynamically enhance accessibility without needing to touch the original web codebase. This group welcomes participation from engineers, researchers, end users, advocates, accessibility profeessionals and anyone curious about emerging tools that close accessibility gaps in real time. Whether it’s adding missing alt text, tweaking styles for better readability, or injecting custom code to improve assistive tech compatibility, we’re here to map the landscape and define the capabilities—existing and future. We discuss overlays, automation, personalization, and responsible implementation of post-source, edge-layer remediations. We are open to understanding a new paradigm.Meetings follow the W3C Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.ResourcesZOOM LINK: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84665535534Meeting passcode is four numerals, which are two, one, one, and finally the numeral nine.To join the audio conference only: US Toll Number: +1 929 205 6099 or +1 669 900 6833Meeting ID: 84665535534Mobile Auto Dial:+13602095623,,84665535534#,,,,*2119#International Numbers: https://us06web.zoom.us/u/kdOPrnPd6jREPO: https://github.com/a11yedgeCHAT: irc.w3.org:6665 #a11yedgeIf you wish to be removed from this invitation, reply or notify the chair Janina.sajka@gmail.com Organizer Accessibility Edge w3ca11yedge@gmail.com Reply for public-a11yedge@w3.org and view more details https://calendar.google.com/calendar/event?action=VIEW&eid=MGEzMGRlazRzcW1wdXBsZ2F2NWhkcW52MnMgcHVibGljLWExMXllZGdlQHczLm9yZw&tok=MjEjdzNjYTExeWVkZ2VAZ21haWwuY29tYThhYjIyNGYzY2I2MjQ5YTQzY2U1NThkZDAzOTlkMTEzYmQ4OGIyMQ&ctz=Asia%2FJerusalem&hl=en&es=0 Your attendance is optional. ~~//~~ Invitation from Google Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ You are receiving this email because you are an attendee on the event.
