Add link to 'Components of Web Accessibility'

Hi all,

Suggesting a link to the WAI Essential Components

At the end of 1.1. Scope, we describe that the resulting mashup is delivered.... "browser and perhaps also some assistive technology"

I suggest we anchor that phrase to link to https://www.w3.org/WAI/fundamentals/components/

IMHO this will facilitate future discussion.
