Re: Edits per yesterday's telecon completed

The revised Overlay section looks good to me.

Section 5.1 - The Role of Humans (under Section 5 - Management) includes a
statement that is functionally an overstatement and possibly not true.
The statement ins question is as follows:

"Nor will the user ever care where and how the remediation is accomplished
as long as it facilitates the user' s ability to function."

I know lots of users (especially users with disabilities) who would care
where and how a remediation is accomplished. Can we tone this down a bit?
Perhaps, something similar lto:

"Often users care less about where and how the remediation is accomplished
as long as it facilitates the user' s ability to function."
