Restarting Functional Needs group

Hi functional needs people - now that TPAC is over and WCAG 2.2 is in 
CR, I'd like for the functional needs group to resume work. I still have 
Tuesdays at 9 am Boston time reserved, is that still a time we can use? 
If not, let's set up a scheduling poll.

Assuming we can resume meeting next week, a preliminary agenda:
