Functional needs updates and next meeting

Quick updates from today's call -

  * During the 12 October APA meeting I'll update the group on the
    functional needs work, using the same presentation I gave to AG at TPAC.
  * I hope by then to have an a draft incorporating the COGA and
    Children inputs.
  * Our next meeting will be after that, 25 October 2022.
