Possible gap in functional needs

Hello,

Currently there is a functional need that states “Use without understanding metaphors, idioms, euphemisms, or specific dialect of culture or location”

I suggest considering modifying this to also include use without understanding facial expressions, tone of voice, facial expressions, and culture specific symbols.

Perhaps something like:  “Use without understanding implied or contextual information (example: metaphors, idioms, euphemisms, cultural symbols, body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, dialect, etc)
