Functional needs break until after TPAC

Hi - our group has been slowing down for the season, due to holidays as 
well as prep for TPAC. Josh and I decided it would be best to 
discontinue meetings until after TPAC, so we can clear our backlog and 
start fresh. Therefore, the next Functional Needs meeting is *September 20*.

This doesn't absolve us of doing work though. If you have time, please 
work on tasks that others can review asynchronously. For myself, I hope 
to get a start on filling out the longer descriptions of the needs, and 
reviewing some of the suggestions we've been receiving.
