Working session next week

Hey all,

Just had a short meeting with Michael and proposed a working session to
clean up our (new) document.

The focus will be on:

   - Fixing / answering Public comments (on the side)
   - Fixing my comments (on the side)
   - Have group consensus on User Needs
   - First shot at categorization of User Needs (following structure of
   functional needs, first draft already done by me...)

Propose to start a 2 hour session on Tuesday, or meet Tuesday and agree on
another day (?!)
