Suggest again canceling functional needs telecon

I suggest again canceling the functional needs telecon today, as I'm not 
aware of relevant work for us to check in on.

Tasks I can think of for everyone to plug away at offline:

  * Continue reviewing the master list at

  * Review and comment on the outcomes in the Silver draft, findable by
