Let's pass on Functional Needs subgroup meeting today

I don't have anything to discuss for functional needs today, I've been 
all-out on prepping the Silver document for first public working draft. 
The editors are refining how outcomes fit into the picture and I think 
we'll soon have something more useful for this group to look at. Michael
