Status Update

On 6/25 Michael Cooper and I met and decided to provide the Goals Draft as the Subgroup update.
On 6/26 I presented the Goals in the Silver meeting and asked for comment. I then emailed the Silver list for comment in Google Doc or via email.
On 6/30 I provided a reminder that we were looking for comments. Later, Jean provided comments directly in document. I replied to each.
On 6/30 I also completed an initial Draft of the Master List of Functional Needs <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eJkgXqbh7dx3uD6XAy8XAANmwfbbVZ5GKb_gbsUdkVs/edit#heading=h.4jiwp8jpc143>. The list is presently in a simple outline form with 51 items sorted by headings and subheadings.
