Monday dinner options

Hi all,

We don't have a dinner sponsor for this event, and booking a restaurant
for 60+ people is a challenge w/o a sponsor (multi-thousand dollar
deposits, spending requirements, etc.).

I have made a reservation for Monday at 6pm for 10 people at Central Bar
+ Restaurant, and another reservation for 10 people at Pearl. I expect
that at least 55+ people will want to go out to dinner from the Workshop
and we have roughly 20 of them covered so far. If some other folks could
make at least 3 reservations for 10 people each (at any of the
restaurants below), we should be covered for dinner options.

I will also note that all of these restaurants are in an area of
Bellevue that is having some sort of parade starting at 7pm, so
driving/parking will be a challenge after 6:30pm due to road closures.
Uber'ing/Lyft'ing into and out of the dinner venue will be the most
ideal. So, dinner will either be a disaster :P, or there will be a
parade of some sort... in any case, you'll have a story to tell the next
day. :)

For those of you that want to avoid the potential for an adventure,
Redmond may be a better option for dining on Monday. Note that Pearl and
Central are right next door to each other.
