Please add CICP values "chunk" to PNG for signaling of Color Primaries, Transfer Function and Matrix Coefficients

Hi Everyone,

I would like to suggest that we add a “chunk” to PNG which includes MPEG-ITU-ISO (ISO/IEC 23091) CICP value chunks to PNG.

This will provide a method for still graphics to identify the format of the image which conforms with broadcast and cinematic presentation formats.
