PNG Specification(Second Edition)

PNG group hello,

In the PNG Specification - Second Edition (
http://www.w3.org/TR/PNG/#11Chunks)
In section 11.3.2 Transparency information,
The Table is inconsistent with the RGB format. it is supposed to be RGB and
not RBG in Colour type 2.
if you can address that problem.
