Errata PICS top page

Dear Friends,

 

The top PICS page says it links to the "Michigan PICS application
incubator". The url under the link says "moved to" but the "moved-to"
URL gives an error 404. So this link doesn't go anywhere useful and
needs taking out or replacing. 

 

Also the "Surf Watch" link (just before the Michigan one) diverts to
"Cyber Patrol" which seems to be a rebrand. Updating the anchor to match
the site name (and also checking the link is still relevant which it
appears to be to me) would be less confusing.
