I've raised a minor issue on GitHub ( https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/3302). It's a question whether intermediaries, that recognize but don't support the header field, should remove `Incremental: ?1` when forwarding the message. Except for this small clarification, I think the draft is ready to go ahead.
