If I dist-upgrade an OS and it wants 1GB of files, it takes a minute with HTTP 1.1 pipelining, or 1/2 hour with HTTP/3. I've set up my own remote repo and tested this off-and-on for over a year, and accidentally discovered a workaround. Pull up speedtest in a browser, it will not do well, but the dist-upgrade will only take a minute. Indicates a problem that's at least work-aroundable, if not fixable. But other than manually pulling up speedtest, I am totally lost on this as I do not begin to understand it. Anyone? -mutty
