Re: I-D Action: draft-ietf-httpbis-incremental-00.txt

Dear HTTP folks,

Following the discussions, we have updated the draft and have submitted
-00. Please take a look.

Regarding the changes:

Following the discussion at IETF 122, we have closed the following issues
with no action (alongside the pull requests associated with them):
* Tri-state #3041 <https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/3041>
* Requests indicating preferences about responses #3042
<https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/3042>
* Intermediaries signalling capability to servers #3043
<https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/3043>

We have merged two pull requests:
* Can buffer the header / trailer sections #3066
<https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/pull/3066>
* Explain what it means to have the incremental signal in both directions
#3067 <https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/pull/3067>

Thank you to Marius and Ben for their reviews and suggestions!
