One of the things that came up a few times at the HTTP Workshop last year was the poor state of HTTP testing.

In discussion, the idea of trying to improve things at a Hackathon came up. For those who aren't aware, see:
  https://www.ietf.org/how/runningcode/hackathons/116-hackathon/

Some of the ideas discussed were:

- Specifying a reflection resource for testing some behaviours
- Creating a machine-readable format for implementation capabilities
- Creating common infrastructure, formats, etc. for testing
- Working on HAR-like formats
- Extending and improving existing tools

The next hackathon is in Yokohama, on the Saturday before IETF. Is anyone interested in seeing what we can do in a few hours?

Cheers,
