I support adoption and will join in reviews as the scenario and problem space is worth addressing. Like others in the WG, we have concerns about the exact mechanisms used, but we can address that as adopted work.

To confirm that sense, this message starts a Call for Adoption for revision -02. As always, if we adopt this draft it will be a starting point for further work, it may change considerably, and consensus on any remaining content will need to be confirmed.
