So much for getting a good night's sleep, approaching 5am and I've been coding all night. This approach seems to solve Guoye's problem.


Integrating this into my httpd code, organically led me to add a 419 Conflict exit condition, as a security consideration to avoid a buffer overrun. Because undefined Content-Length, in a nutshell.
