I think the registration of CDN-Cache-Control is okay, but the template's suggested
Comments are potentially confusing:

   *  Comments: Cache-Control directives targeted at Content Delivery Networks

would be better stated as

   *  Comments: Cache directives that only apply to a Content Delivery Network's cache,
       overriding any corresponding Cache-Control directives or defaults.

This is a suggestion to the authors, rather than an objection -- please go ahead
and register the header field with or without this minor change.
