Do any implementations issue AltSvc frames?

Hi, there.

AltSvc seems to be the most mature http2 extension. I'd like to try it out.

Are there any implementations who issue AltSvc frames in a publicly
available service or product?

Note I'm really interested in systems that automatically issue these
frames; not apis which can be called ad-hoc.
